About Me

Diane My Life

It turns out the second time around for my husband and I is an amazing thing.  Together we are incredible, which is what life should be about.  We enjoy riding our Harley and dirtbikes and fishing from our Jon boat.  Life is meant to be lived.   We’re a two income family. We had what used to be average financial problems with not so average children problems. We had been going along doing our 9-5’s always figuring that we were doing what we had to do, hoping but not expecting to catch up. I love doing crafts and home improvements and have published and unpublished a web site selling my crafts for a couple years. I have a site that I created for parents, out of frustration, because I have major difficulty accepting how society, TV, song lyrics and artists and the internet are affecting our kids. As a mom and a pretty good “detective” I’ve been able to, just about, figure out what the kids are up to before they do it. More than once both parents and children have questioned how I found “something” out. Of course, I never tell. Although, all the information is there, some parents don’t seem to know how to access it. What all this has led me to is the realization of the extreme lack of communication that society is facing. We know that lack of communication leads to frustration and that the lack of expression is causing all kinds of problems. Now, as seems to be the trend, financial problems are mounting causing what seems to be an international epidemic “STRESS.” So much of what is going on is out of our control. We feel as though no one is listening and tension is building. Stress in itself manifests itself in so many ways. I’ve created this blog in the hopes that the communication will lessen the frustration as we all wonder, Will Anyone Pay Attention To Us?
