Dip Stations

In need of a high intensity workout that is rewarding and fun you might want to use a dip station. The body weight resistance workouts engage multiple muscle groups and critical core muscles. This is an excellent way to increase strength of the entire upper body and abdominal region. Even untrained individuals can gradually increase their strength through simple progressions so that they can eventually move their own body weight without assistance. Who doesn’t want to look better and feel better by being fit.
